Full-Time
Main Duties:
Provide Excellent Customer Service to Guests.
Must have extensive knowledge of the Resort and Manning Park.
Co-ordinate with other departments to meet guest requests.
Answer phone calls, take messages for guests and resort staff.
Take reservations by phone and email.
Qualifications:
Must have excellent communication skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Maintain a professional appearance at all time.
Previous retail or customer service experience and knowledge of RoomMaster an asset.
