Full Time - Seasonal
Duties and Qualifications:
-Must have previous cooking and kitchen supervisory experience and posses organizational skills and amicable personality to work with suppliers and other staff
-Previous cash handling experience an assest
-Good grooming in line with health standards
-Food Safe Level 1 and WHIMIS are a must
-Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
-Establish work schedule
-Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
-Ensure food service and quality control
-Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
-Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
-Possibly assist in hiring food service staff
-Must be motivated and work well under pressure
