Full Time
Duties:
-Prepare and cook individual dishes and foods
-Prepare and cook special meals as instructed by chef
-Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions
-Clean kitchen and work areas
Qualifications:
-Must have experience in a busy, high-volume restaurant
-Culinary education an asset but not necessary
-Must have Grade 12 diploma or equivalent, Food Safe Level 1 and WHIMIS
-Willing to work on own and in a team environment
-Friendly and outgoing attitude would be a great asset
