Full Time - Seasonal
Duties:
-Maintain organization and presentability of the store.
-Putting stock away.
-Process transactions.
-Handle cash.
-Perform “End of Day” manually.
-Customer Service.
Summary:
At Manning Park Resort’s Country Store, we have many repeat customers, lodge guests, and travellers visiting our store. So it is important that our staff be well informed about the lodge, its amenities and the surrounding provincial park areas. We also require that our staff maintain a very friendly and helpful attitude to ensure a pleasant stay for our guests, and keep our repeat customers coming back.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in customer service.
-Previous experience handing a till and managing cash electronically or manually.
-Ability to assist a range of customers in a friendly and professional manner.
-Knowledge of the area, if not, is strongly willing to learn about the area to better serve our customers.
-A pleasant, proper and helpful attitude.
