Join the amazing Manning Park Resort chef team. Our amazing cooks ensure that every guest has a fantastic culinary experience! While the resort is nestled in the wilderness, our menu serves up delectable offerings of standard fare to some exceptional signature delights!
Preparing all the food needs for daily meals for the restaurant, pub and banquet events quickly, thoroughly, and efficiently with attention to all the details.
Maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.
Have friendly, professional and approachable attitude and communication towards guests and staff.
Communicate effectively with staff members.
Availability Monday through Sunday with varied shifts.
Must take pleasure in creating amazing dining experiences with delicious meals for Manning Park Resort guests and staff.
Be able to work independently and as a team member; able to work a variety of shifts.
Minimum of two (2) years cooking experience; the ability make soups and sauces from scratch.
A good knowledge of rotating stock for freshness and quality control.
-Food Safe Certificate
-Must be bond-able.
-Must be physically fit to handle a fast paced environment including some heavy lifting.
A valid Drivers Licence is an asset.
