December 31 Update

Please note that due to significant staffing shortages, and staff experiencing flu-like symptoms, we are running with limited operations until further notice.

“In the 22 months that we have had (this pandemic), this is the first incidence we have had and we take it pretty seriously,” Vern Schram, General Manager, says. “We are trying to do the best we can to contain it with the guidance of the PHO. We are not going to compromise the safety of anybody. That’s just the bottom line.”

Any staff who are experiencing flu-like symptoms are immediately ordered to stay home and self-isolate. Any staff who are working are able to receive regular rapid tests to ensure they are not transmissible.

Unfortunately, this means that our operations have been significantly impacted this holiday season.

If you have questions about your accommodation reservation or would like to change it to another time, we ask that you contact us at [email protected]. We are experiencing very high call and email volumes, so we appreciate your patience as we work to get back to you as soon as we can with our current limited capacities.

If you have questions about your Alpine activity reservation or would like to change it to another time, we ask that you contact us at [email protected].

Our operations are changing daily so please check our website and hours of operation page for more details and to stay up to date.

For more information on our Health and Safety precautions, please see our Winter Operations Safety Plan.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work through this difficult time. Happy New Year to all our guests and here’s hoping for a better start to 2022!

Please see our Hours of Operation page for updates to our operations.

  3. While staff challenges are understood, reserved customers with hundreds of dollars in deposits at stake who are now prohibited from travel to BC must be contacted to allow reservation changes. Your website and phone request us to leave a message – we have done so multiple times, so please respond.
