Staff Perks

A complimentary Season Pass for all activities!

Winter: Alpine skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snow tubing, and snowshoeing. Regardless of whether you are a snowboarder, cross-country, or downhill skier, Manning Park offers the snow to make your season fantastic. Additional staff activities in the Winter include ice skating, tobogganing and holiday festivities.

Summer: Complimentary canoe, kayak, and stand-up paddleboard rentals. Summer staff activities include hiking, canoeing on Lightning Lake, mountain biking, camping, and fishing.

Free equipment rentals for activities.
Free lessons for activities (when available). It’s a great opportunity to enjoy the outdoors and learn a new sport.
On-site medical & mental health support. Every month, we bring in a nurse practitioner and counsellor to support you during your time at Manning Park Resort.
Online grocery deliveries to Manning Park Resort.
Use of the Loon Lagoon facility, which includes a 50-foot indoor pool, hot tubs, steam room, sauna, and fitness room.
Year-round food and beverage (non-alcoholic) discounts at the Pinewoods Restaurant and Bear’s Den Pub.
A great community! Staff accommodation ranges from about 100–150 people who are enthusiastic about living in a beautiful provincial park with accessible recreational activities.
Resort events, such as the Torchlight Parade and Lantern Festival. These events are special to guests and create memorable experiences for our staff.
A staff reciprocal Season Pass, which gets you discounted skiing at up to 20 local ski areas, and discounts at local sports stores.
Resort accommodation discounts are available for families (some time restrictions apply).
