Reservation and booking terms
Booking Process
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment or deposit.
One night plus tax is required at the time of booking. The remaining amount must be paid within 30-days, prior to arrival.
Rates are quoted in Canadian dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.
Rates may change without notice until the reservation is confirmed.
A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: 4:00 PM
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee.
A photo ID is required at check-in.
Friday and Holiday Periods are considered weekend days for booking purposes.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy limits apply to all accommodations.
Additional guests beyond stated occupancy may incur extra charges.
Failure to disclose an accurate guest count may result in additional fees or cancellation.
Cancellation and refund policy
Standard Reservations
Any booking made within 7 days of the date of arrival is non-refundable.
Cancellations received 30+ days prior to arrival date: Full refund.
Cancellations 15–30 days prior to arrival date: Full refund minus administrative fee.
Cancellations 8–14 days prior to arrival date: Charged first night plus tax with remainder refunded.
Cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival date: Subject to full payment (no refund).
The Last Resort deposit is non-refundable.
Group Bookings (8+ guests)
Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival: Full refund minus administrative fee
Cancellations made 14–29 days before arrival: Partial refund
Cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival: No refund
Weather and Force Majeure
No refunds for weather conditions, unless resort facilities are closed by management.
If Manning Park Resort must cancel your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer a full refund or a rebooking option.
Modifications
Reservation changes are subject to availability.
Date changes made less than 72 hours before arrival may be treated as a cancellation.
Reducing the stay length within the cancellation period may result in partial charges.
Resort Policies
General Conduct
Guests must respect other visitors and follow staff instructions.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and within 6 meters of building entrances.
Pet Policy
Manning Park Resort is a dog-only resort. Other pets are not permitted.
Dogs are only permitted in designated dog-friendly accommodations for a fee per dog per night.
Maximum of 2 dogs per room or cabin.
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside of assigned accommodations.
Dogs must not be left unattended to avoid disturbing other guests.
Pet-friendly accommodations must be arranged at the time of booking.
Liability
Manning Park Resort is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Guests use resort facilities and participate in activities at their own risk.
Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.
Limitation of liability
Manning Park Resort, its employees, and agents will not be liable for:
Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
Personal injury or property damage, except in cases of gross negligence
Service interruptions or website technical issues
Actions of third-party service providers
Our Total Liability For Any Claim Shall Not Exceed The Amount Paid For Your Reservation.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately upon posting.
